Disabled Third-Party Cookies: Blocking third-party cookies may prevent account authentication and other critical functions.
Outdated Browser Settings: Older browser settings might block third-party cookies by default.
Enable Third-Party Cookies on Windows OS
Google Chrome:
Click the Chrome menu icon.
Go to Settings.
Scroll down and select Show advanced settings.
In the “Privacy” section, select Content settings.
Choose Allow local data to be set (recommended).
Click Done.
Mozilla Firefox:
Click Tools > Options.
Click Privacy in the top panel.
Check the box labeled Accept cookies from sites.
Check the box labeled Accept third-party cookies.
Click OK.
Enable Third-Party Cookies on Mac OS
Google Chrome:
Open Chrome, click on Settings, then Show Advanced Settings.
Under Privacy, click on Content Settings.
Ensure “Block third-party cookies and site data” is unchecked.
Safari:
Go to the Safari drop-down menu.
Select Preferences.
Click Privacy.
Under ‘Block cookies,’ select the option ‘Never.’
Safari (iPhone/iPad iOS 11):
Open Settings.
Scroll down and select Safari.
Under Privacy & Security, turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies.
Mozilla Firefox:
Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.
Select Preferences.
Click Privacy.
Under Cookies, select the option Accept cookies from sites.
Enable Third-Party Cookies on Android OS
Google Chrome:
Open the Chrome app on your Android device.
Tap More (three vertical dots) and then Settings.
Tap Site settings and then Cookies.
Next to “Cookies,” switch the setting on.
Check the box next to Allow third-party cookies.

After enabling third-party cookies, restart your browser for the changes to take effect.
