Post Job Openings

Step 1: Access the My Job Openings

• Click the profile icon on the top right-hand corner

• Click on My Job Openings

Step 2: Add your Job Openings

• Click the Add Job Opening card

• Add the Job Opening details

  • Job Name & Description: Update your Job name and the description (description is limited to 1000 characters).

  • HTML Iframe & embedded content: Insert the HTML IFrame embed code (e.g Video on Youtube, go to the video page, click Share > Embed > copy the code and paste it

    (e.g. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/AYtp9xabAis" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>)

  • Image (maximum 1 MB)

  • Select relevant category/tag to increase the search visibility (if applicable)

• Below, we provide detailed instructions on how to embed videos from popular hosting sites such as YouTube and Youku.

1. Embedding a YouTube Video:

   1. Go to the YouTube video you want to embed. Below the video player, click on the Share button.

      
      

      

      
      

   2. From the sharing options, select Embed.

      
      

      

      
      

   3. Adjust the video size and player options to your preferences and copy the provided HTML IFrame embed code.

      
      

      

   4. Paste the copied code into the designated area of your company profile on Jublia.

      
      

      

      
      

2. Embedding a Youku Video:

   1. Navigate to the Youku video you wish to embed and click on the Share button, select Embed

   2. Copy the generated HTML IFrame embed code.

   3. Paste the copied code into the specified section of your company profile on Jublia.

      
      

• General Tips: 

  • Ensure that the video is set to be "embeddable" by the content owner on the hosting platform.

  • Double-check the dimensions (width and height) of the embedded video to ensure it fits your profile layout appropriately.

  • Test the embedded video to confirm that it plays smoothly within your profile.

Remember to always click the Save button after making any changes to your My Job Openings profile.
